I moved to the area about 4 years ago and was looking for a chiropractor. I was calling around for prices. Insight had great customer service over the phone. Dr Forster told me in these words exactly "I have many tools in my box." I decided to see just what tools she was going to use. And it was true! She does have various methods and techniques depending on what works for you or how you feel that day. She was very versatile and skillful. She has various types of tables and machines there. It is a natural way of healing and since I am very athletic and health conscience, I liked that. To this day I am at a wellness point and go there monthly. I swear by it. She uses a technique of relieving muscle tension that I've never seen before. Be sure to call ahead. For some reason every chiropractor I've ever been to has had very specific office hours. Overall, excellent, I'm glad I found insight!

Dr. Forster is an awesome Chiropractor and person. She is knowledgeable and accurate. She is thorough with diagnosing and treating. She has relieved my headaches, back and knee pain and muscle spasms.

Dr. Forster is a very skilled and knowledgeable doctor of Chiropractics. I suffered a back/neck injury from a hit and run driver and had mixed feelings about seeing a chiropractor. She listened to my concerns then evaluated and addressed my back problems and I now have relief from that situation.

Dr. Forster treats her patients like family. She is caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. She has relieved back pain for me and foot pain for my 11 yo daughter. Her technique includes a massage prior to the adjustment of the effected area.  In just a few treatments I was pain-free.

I have been injured in the past by chiropractors so I am very careful about who I see.  Dr. Forster practices active release technique as well as traditional chiropractic services.  The combination has proved invaluable to the treatment of back and neck issues I have had and she also helped me with an ankle injury.

Dr. Forster is also quite personable and the office is clean and well equipped.  I highly recommend Insight Chiropractic and will continue to be a very satisfied client.

Dr. Forster at Insight Chiropractic is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and has a very holistic approach to health and wellness and works with a variety of techniques to best address her individual patients issues. I initially went to Dr. Forster because she uses ARM - Active Release Method, a very effective technique for muscle work when traditional adjustments may not be appropriate.
